I went in for a consultation and paid ฿500 for my first visit. After that, they told me I would need to see a different doctor and also required another ฿500 deposit for the second visit. I understand policies may vary, but this was disappointing and not the experience I expected. The staff was polite, but overall I did not feel satisfied with the service, so I will be looking for another clinic. 3 stars.

Clean facilities, the front desk staff are very attentive and providing prompt assistance to walk-in patient. The Dentist on duty was professional and explained all the procedures thoroughly before starting with the treatment. The consultation happened in the most efficient way for future care plan. I have been coming back every time when I visit Thailand because of the convenience and thier service. Pricing is affordable and very reasonable for the country standard. Recommended, the dentist is able to communicate in English so that made it easy for foreigner like myself.

Good service with reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. The clinic looks like spa. Doctor always tell the price before doing something, which is good for the client to decide.

I came here 2 months ago for a cleaning and they said all my teeth looked fine. I came back today because I was having a toothache and a new and very young dentist said I had 8 cavities. Something just doesn't seem right here. I feel taken advantage of and it took 4 hours to fill those supposed cavities. This diagnosis was done without a x-ray I might add. oh, and I was told that even after all this work that I can not eat hard foods... permanently! Clearly this is not a reasonable solution. After 4 years of coming here I will not be back.
