I came to Thailand for a holiday and decided to have my broken tooth checked and get a dental cleaning while I was here. After doing some research on Google, I found Smile Gallery Dental Clinic, which had a large number of positive reviews. I contacted them, and they were able to fit me in within a couple of business days. The process was very straightforward, and the staff spoke English, which made the experience much more comfortable and pleasant. Pricing was clearly displayed in the lobby, so there were no surprises. The dentist examined my tooth, completed a composite filling, and performed a cleaning. I also had a consultation about Invisalign, but unfortunately I couldn't proceed because I wasn't staying in Thailand long enough. The treatment plan and pricing seemed very reasonable, and if my circumstances were different, I would definitely consider it. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental treatment while visiting Thailand.

I‘ve visited the Smile Gallery Phuket for a Deep Cleaning and Wire Retainer Removal. It was amazing! Best experience in a dentist office you can get! Prices are very reasonable, was done in less than 30min and the Staff and Doctor are very kind and in my opinion more competent than in Switzerland! Thank you again for the best experience! I will definitely come back!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but unfortuantely they messed up my root canal and told me that the results were normal. First of all, I want to state that the staff were VERY nice and friendly. They are lovely people and that's why I didn't give them a one star. I would have loved to have given them 5 stars but they put a crown on that was too big and they overfilled my roots so material is protruding through my gums and into my pallet. When I asked them about the crown they explicitly told me that's "normal." I told them that I couldn't floss properly and they said it's "not a problem" and that everyone they put crowns on has the same situation. Upon going to a different dentist they were able to file the area down so that I could floss and there was quite a bit of plaque build up from not being able to floss properly for a few weeks. The bigger issue is that they overfilled my roots (as you can see in the X-Ray and CT Scan pictures that I uploaded). Instead of just putting enough material to fill the roots, they put too much so it goes passed my roots. Again, they acted like it wad norma, though I have visible protrusions through my gums. They said "if no pain we leave like that." That didn't seem to make any sense... I now have to go to another doctor and they have to redo the whole root canal again, extracting the material as if left there is a likely chance it will lead to infection in the future. This is unfortuante as they were lovely people as I said and the highest rated dentist that I found in Phuket. I thought I should share this experience to save anyone else from experiencing similar issues (and maybe not even realising it's an issue because the dentist may say that it is normal). I specifically flew to Colombia to get my teeth looked at and now redone, costing a lot more time and money.

Wonderful clinic. Last minute appt for tooth pain, no problem. I thought there would be a language barrier with being from th US. No issue. The problem was identified and recommendations made. In and out within 30 min and that included an x-ray. Highly recommend.
