The doctor provided a good advice, attentive and care, and handled each case with no rushing. The staff coordinated well, confirming appointments clearly. Even though there were many patients on the queue but the process was smooth and not chaotic. waiting time not too long, and the management system was impressively efficient

I had my retainers made here. Paid 1,010 Baht (26€) for a pair of retainers. You can get a good deal if you buy the deal through application LINE (which will be offer times to times). It took me only 15 mins for the dentist to make molding. Then it takes about 3-5 days to get it done but you can speed the process by paying 300baht extra which allow you to pick it up within the next 3-5 hours. The clinic was clean, great services. Cheap deal! I’m surely recommended! 💯

Why call yourself “international dentist” when your front desk say “sir i speak little English” Stop being cheap and hire English speaker, this is Asoke for crying out loud PS . Majority of the bad review is the front desk and receptionist issue. Not the actual dentist Fix the management lol, i wont be coming here

My experience at The Arch was great! I went in just to ask for prices and ended up getting my teeth cleaned and whitened, all for an amazing price and in about an hour. I didn't have any complications at all. The employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely come back for a second treatment.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had with Arch Dental Clinic, and honestly, I won’t be going back. The first time was a few years ago when I had a wisdom tooth extraction. I specifically asked for the price before the procedure, and they gave me one number — but after the extraction, they charged me a much higher amount. No clear explanation, just an expensive surprise. I decided to give them another chance, but today’s experience was the final straw. I had been waiting weeks for a root canal appointment, as the specialist is only available every two weeks. Yesterday, someone from the clinic called to confirm my appointment for 12:00. I asked if it could be at 11:00 instead, because I had a personal appointment afterward. They said no, because the doctor only arrives at 12:00. Fair enough — I accepted that and confirmed 12:00. But today, just before I was about to leave home, someone called me to ask if I could come at 12:30 instead because the doctor wasn’t available. That’s not just a 30-minute shift — it affects my entire schedule. I reminded them that I had already asked for 11:00 and was told it wasn’t possible, and now they were trying to delay it even more? The receptionist said she’d check with the doctor and call me back. She didn’t. I had to call the clinic myself, and she just said “sorry, it’s my fault I didn’t call you back.” But sorry doesn’t fix anything — I was about to leave home and had no idea whether my appointment was happening or not. She said again she’d call back, and finally, almost at 1:00 pm, she called asking if I was coming. Seriously? At that point, I had already missed my own plans and lost all trust. What kind of service is this? The doctor shows up only every two weeks, then doesn’t show up on time, and the staff keeps making mistakes without taking responsibility? First they say the doctor arrives at 12:00, then they say he has another patient — which is it? I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. This clinic has been unreliable, unprofessional, and careless with both my time and money. I can’t recommend Arch Dental Clinic to anyone.
