My siblings and I had a great experience at Thantakit Dental. The staff were very accommodating from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and well-organised. The dentists and team work fast and efficiently while still being very professional and careful. We really appreciated how clear they were with explanations and how comfortable they made us feel throughout the treatment. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for reliable and efficient dental care in Thailand.

As a foreigner living in Bangkok, I’ve visited several dental clinics, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. I was charged a package price of 5,000 Baht for a Bruxchecker. I saw the doctor only once, during the initial mold-taking. The doctor was dismissive, seemed bothered to speak with me for more than 5 minutes. He didn’t ask any questions about my symptom, just took the teeth mold. After that, I was unable to consult with him directly because he only visits the clinic once a month. All further communication was handled by the receptionist via Line. When my Bruxchecker film was accidentally damaged by mouthwash, I asked the receptionist if I could get a replacement film to finish the check. I offered to pay for the cost of the replacement film, but they insisted that I pay the full 5,000 Baht again, even though the clinic already had my teeth mold and just needed to request a new film from the lab. Ultimately, the doctor provided a perfunctory diagnosis based only on photos of the damaged film, without seeing the physical film. Looking back at our only meeting, I’m shocked that he even told me to check the marks on the film myself instead of checking it himself. This was a major red flag that I unfortunately ignored at the time. I feel this clinic’s primary focus is making money rather than patient care. They just tried to rip me off while smiling at me. I expected professional dental consultation service，but felt deeply disappointed. Avoid this place if you expect professional medical standards. ～～～～～～ PS: Regarding the clinic's response below — their manager never called me, only I tried to call them. And nobody mentioned anything about let another Doctor give me a second opinion. They are simply lying again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anutara for years. Dr. Anutara is thorough and takes his time to ensure everything is done perfectly, rather than rushing through the process. He has a very gentle touch during procedures and always explains what’s happening, which really helps me feel at ease. Both his assistants and the office staff are kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic!

I came with an urgent issue, Dr.Soranun Techapanichgul is amazing she helped me imediate and fixed my problem within 1 day, she took time to listen and understand my needs. She could discover a specific issue within one appointment, what my European doctors couldn't do in 2 years. I can just recommend especially the mention Dr. Soranun and ofc her lovely team 🫶 this clinic offers shuttle service from you hotel and back, everyone was so friendly and respectful.

Thantakit Dental has a stellar reputation and upon arrival you can immediately see why. The check-in staff are friendly, compassionate and accommodating.You then move through the facility and realize you are in a state of the art location with very knowledgable dentists. Everyone had an excellent grasp of english and I felt heard and understood. The entire experience was beyond any that I have ever experienced in the states and for a fraction of the price. You have plenty of choices for great dentists in the city, but this will be your best one!
