Had a chance to visit this clinic today and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and attentive, the clinic was clean and professional, and the dentist explained everything clearly without rushing. The procedure was gentle and more comfortable than expected. Overall, a great experience highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻 I fell wonderfully 🥰

My experience with this clinic for orthodontic treatment has been unsatisfactory. The reception staff lacks warmth and a welcoming smile, and the area around the counter is dimly lit and uncomfortable. The dentist seemed rushed during the sessions and handled my teeth with noticeable roughness. Despite booking the appointment a month in advance and informing them that this was the only suitable day for both my schedule and the dentist’s, the appointment was not confirmed a day before, as is customary, nor was I informed about the dentist’s absence. I found this surprising and had to reach out myself, and yes they CONFIRMED my appointment. However, upon arriving, I was shocked to find that the dentist was absent, with no real apology or attention to the situation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the recurrence of these issues and the lack of professionalism in handling them has undermined my trust in the service. The new staff member was respectful and courteous, and the dentist’s assistants were kind. I tried the Air Flow treatment, and it was good . I also liked the color of the rubber band, number 25. I also appreciate the cleaning staff for their hard work. Overall, I hope the clinic improves communication and respect, particularly with patients undergoing long-term treatments like orthodontics, as consistency and professionalism play a key role in the patient experience and their trust in the service.

Worst dental service in Bangkok! Came here to do a root canal treatment, paid 60% in advance after the first treatment they told us it should not do the second treatment. Unprofessional and unexperienced dentist and staff, just want your money and offer low quality services. Will never come back to this clinic. Please be aware and stay away.
