It's our second time at TDH today. The first time, our daughter was fairly calm. She saw a different doctor today, and this doctor, after reviewing her past records seemed to have high expectations that my daughter would be calm throughout the whole checkup process. At first, my daughter was fine but 10 minutes into the treatment, she started crying and asking for mommy. She did not leave her seat, kick or thrash around. But she did cry. Which I think, is quite normal for kids her age. The dentist made certain remarks like "If you keep crying, I will turn off the tv." She also said things like "STOP". "Calm down." I was quite surprised that her method of handling the emotions of kids was so..backward. It did not seem like this doctor was used to handling young kids. For the record mine is 3 and a half years old. There are grown adults who are afraid of visiting the dentist. I don't think the dentist was very empathetic. I don't think I'll come back nor will I recommend this place to others.

My son came here for an service: filling , removed his tooths . He very happy with his sessions. The doctor was very calm and patient with him and also gave some toys after his session done . Strongly recommend this place for who need a good service, cleanliness .

Our first time going to dental clinic here in Bangkok and TDH recommended the kids branch which was amazing. My kids just wanted to come back again and just stay at the clinic. They made the clinic clean, accommodating and entertaining for kids. The dentist was able to speak english to us and had tv screen on top for my kids to watch. The toys and the slide definitely made good impression to my kids. I would come back here again for my kid’s appointments in the future. Super helpful and fun dental clinic

Horrible place!! Avoid at all costs We specifically confirmed ahead of time that this clinic provides anesthesia for kids. We made the appointment based on that promise, rearranged our day, and traveled there with our baby expecting a safe and appropriate experience. Once we arrived, it became clear they could not provide what they told us they had. Instead of a planned, child-friendly procedure, we ended up wasting our time and putting our baby through an unnecessarily stressful situation. Watching your child get scared and overwhelmed in a medical setting because the clinic wasn’t honest or prepared is infuriating. If you’re a parent, don’t rely on what they tell you on the phone. This experience was careless, misleading, and avoidable.

I took my child to this dental clinic three times. It was a very bad experience. The doctors were good, but the overall service was terrible. In particular, their doctors frequently canceled appointments without reason. Every time I made an appointment, they would reschedule or cancel it. If you can't guarantee an appointment time, why ask patients to make appointments? After they canceled my appointment for the second time without any reason, I decided never to go to this clinic again.
