I’ve been coming to Phra Ram 9 Hospital for my annual health checkups for nearly ten years now, using the corporate family health package through Krungsri Bank — and that consistency alone probably says a lot. Year after year, the experience has been reliable and reassuring. The pricing feels reasonable for what you get, especially considering the modern medical equipment and the overall efficiency of the system. Everything is well-organized, from registration to examinations, with minimal waiting time. The process feels smooth and thoughtfully designed, which makes health checkups — something many people tend to postpone — much easier and less stressful. The doctors are professional and clear in their explanations, and I’ve always felt comfortable discussing results or asking questions. Nurses and staff across departments are generally attentive, polite, and helpful. There’s a sense that people know their roles well, and the workflow is handled with confidence and speed rather than chaos. One thing I truly appreciate is how clean the hospital is. Every area feels well maintained, orderly, and hygienic, which makes a big difference in how safe and calm you feel while being there. Practical details are also a strong point. Parking is convenient and easy, which is not something you can take for granted with hospitals in the city. Inside, there are plenty of good food and beverage options — cafés, restaurants, and quick bites — making it comfortable even if you need to spend a few hours there or are accompanying a family member. Overall, Phra Ram 9 Hospital is not flashy or overpromising — it simply does its job well, consistently. For me, it has become a hospital I trust, one that I return to every year without hesitation. That kind of long-term confidence is something that can’t really be forced — it’s built over time, and this place has earned it.

Do NOT go to Prarum 9 Hospital. As a large international hospital, they have absolutely no responsibility towards their patients. I went to see a doctor on May 5th, and the doctor ordered blood tests. However, the lab reported that not enough blood had been drawn, making it impossible to obtain any accurate results. Most importantly, they lied to us, saying we hadn't ordered the tests. We flew all the way from Myanmar specifically for the examination, and they just casually gave us this unreasonable excuse? We spent a lot of money to see Bin, and his illness wasn't cured, and they still say such things. As a large international hospital, they have absolutely no responsibility towards patients' conditions. All they care about is money; once you pay, they ignore you. So please, everyone, do NOT go to this hospital.

I received treatment from Cdr. Komdej Thanawachirasin, M.D. following a serious pit bull attack that resulted in injuries to my arm, waist, and shoulder. The condition was severe, involving significant traumatic wounds, and required hospitalization with close monitoring, including ongoing antibiotic treatment and regular wound care to prevent infection. I continue to follow up with him at Praram 9 Hospital. Given the severity of the injuries, the situation was initially concerning. However, Dr. Komdej’s structured and attentive approach from wound management and surgical care to consistent monitoring has supported a steady recovery. He demonstrates strong professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the treatment process. The nursing team at Ward 7 also provided consistent and reliable care during recovery. Overall, this experience reflects the high standard of care provided by the team at Praram 9 Hospital. I always use this hospital. This hospital is very modern and they use very nice staff. Everything does not feel dirty. The sanitation here is very good. I love how there's a lot of restaurants here too. Great hospital. 10/10 would recommend.

Huge thank you to Dr Komdej and his wonderful team 🙏 for taking such good care of me during my unexpected “jungle bug versus human” adventure. Came into the hospital looking like I’d lost a battle with some mysterious rainforest creature and somehow left feeling reassured, patched up, and still alive to drink tea another day. Dr Komdej was professional, calm, kind, and incredibly patient throughout. But I must also mention his lovely nurse… who, according to the doctor himself, is actually the real boss around there 😂 Honestly, after watching everything run so smoothly, I completely believe him. As a foreign patient travelling abroad and slightly confused by everything at first, I genuinely felt very looked after by the whole team. Thank you all again for your kindness, humour, and care. Hopefully next time I visit Thailand it will involve beaches and tea rather than infected mystery bug bites 😄 What impressed me most was how professional, thorough, and genuinely kind the entire team were throughout the process. Dr Komdej took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed, whilst the nursing team were attentive, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. Being treated overseas can feel quite daunting at times, but they managed to make the whole experience feel calm, human, and well looked after from beginning to end 😊
