The dentist was very rough—my gums even started bleeding. The cleaning was rushed, and they didn’t even floss. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Good service overall. For improvement, most of the staff are nice, but some of them should handle emotions more wisely. I understand that dealing with lots of customers can be frustrating sometimes, but it would be better to be more careful with what you choose to say to the customers. Just a little suggestion from me :)

Just went for my annual dental cleaning. It's my 1st time here but no regrets. The dentist was very thorough with the cleaning. He spent a long time doing the scaling. It was frankly quite intimidating as it was longer than average but he seemed to know what he was doing. He also scraped out gunk in between my teeth before doing the polishing. A bit sad that the polishing, which is generally the most enjoyable part of going for dental, was very short. Hahaa. Will be back for sure.
