I had a very positive experience at the hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, caring, and attentive. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and the level of care I received was excellent. I truly appreciated the kindness, patience, and dedication shown by everyone involved. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and compassion during my visit. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care. The level of service is unmatched. I would recommend this place to anyone that comes to Bangkok and would like to do any sort of check up. Very affordable too

The welcome, the speed with which I was seen by a specialist without an appointment, and the quality of care are absolutely top-notch! I was able to see a gynaecologist within an hour and a half. However, because some information was missing from the medical certificate, I couldn’t get my costs reimbursed. If you go to this hospital, make sure all the documents are filled in correctly.

My experience with Phayathai 1 was nothing short of exceptional, and I am deeply grateful to the entire team who cared for my husband during such a stressful time. From the moment we arrived, every single person, from reception, to the staff assisting with wheelchairs, to the emergency room team, showed genuine care, efficiency, and professionalism. A very special thank you to Dr Asadayudh Phoolpithayadhorn, who attended to us at the emergency room and provided prompt feedback. We are especially grateful to Dr Sirichai Wiriyatanakorn, who performed the angiography procedure with his wonderful team - Yim, Am, and Nid, and also followed through with the post-procedure care and consultation. His kindness, patience, and reassurance made a world of difference to us. The procedure was carried out within just 45 minutes of our arrival, which brought us immense comfort and relief. The nurses and staff in the cardiac care unit continued this same level of attentive, professional, and heartfelt care throughout the hospital stay. We always felt safe, supported, and well looked after. As foreigners in an unfamiliar situation, it meant so much that the hospital has English speaking staff who communicated clearly and reassured us every step of the way. Thank you again to everyone at Phayathai 1. You turned a frightening experience into one where we felt cared for, respected, and truly in good hands.

I cannot thank Dr. Maethinee Sriswasdi from Dermatology Department enough for her exceptional care and compassion. We were in a very stressful medical and financial situation while traveling, and she took the time to truly listen to our concerns. Not only did she provide excellent medical treatment, but she also went above and beyond to provide the specific documentation we needed for our airline and insurance requirements. She is professional, thorough, and incredibly kind. If you are a traveler in need of a doctor who understands international medical protocols, I highly recommend her!
