I had a fantastic experience at Nava Dentist Clinic. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all of my treatment options without any pressure. I really appreciated how thoroughly everything was discussed, from procedures and timelines to costs and aftercare, so I could make an informed decision. Dr. Fon is a very skilled dentist who immediately makes you feel calm and completely taken care of. She is gentle, attentive, and extremely precise in her work, which made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Jen and the management of the clinic are very organised, have clear communication and very kind, polite, and made the experience seamless. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Hygiene standards are clearly a top priority. The staff are lovely, professional, and speak excellent English, making communication easy and stress-free. Scheduling was simple, wait times were minimal, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Phuket looking for honest advice, expert care, and outstanding service.

We were recommended to use them for a tooth repair, and wow what fantastic service and very professional and well priced compared to our own country. I'll definitely recommend Nava for any dental care if you in the south of phuket. Naiharn, Rawai, Chalong and Kata area's. 👌❤️🇹🇭

I agree with the reviews that say the staff is rude, they rush treatments and that you feel uncomfortable whilst you are there and it’s a really stark contrast between western dentist appointments in terms of information, dialogue and general standards of comfort. This has been noted in another review. The front desk staff is rude, the nurses are cold and unsympathetic, and the process felt rushed, rough and uncomfortable. In addition they told me I needed a crown for a tooth fracture but it is actually a baby tooth so I’m not sure how qualified they can be to confuse the two. Their response to this review I think demonstrates the sheer lack of accountability which facilitates exactly the issues that were highlighted. The condescending ‘dear nikki or nicola’ - very much a reflection of the type of haughty behaviour experienced today I was not late to the appointment, I texted to ask if I could reschedule and you agreed. Also what’s this about cultural insensitivity? You do not represent the entirety of Thailand - Thai people are extremely warm and welcoming but you and your staff were not. A manipulative attempt to try and spin the narrative in a way that discredits this review and the many others like it. The comment about the western experience of a dentist to be clear refers to: The lack of information/there was very little dialogue and your staff pretty much excluded me from the process going on in my own mouth The conversations happening in Thai going on over me during the appointment which is rude by any standard The covering of my face with no warning as another review noted - no check ins about if things were painful - and a completely impersonal and cold appointment. When I paid at the end, your staff didn’t even say thank you Instead of trying to slander dissatisfied customers, learn from your mistakes and improve

I come from South Africa and needed quite urgent help with a tooth that was giving me trouble. I had the most incredible experience. The dentist and her assistant were very professional. I knew I was in good hands. I give Nava Dental Clinic 5 stars + more ✨️

Horrible time management. EVERY appointment I’ve had they are always late. Always late, no exceptions. Today I had an appointment at 10:00am, they open at 10:00am and I had to wait for 20 minutes. How can you be late with your first customers of the day?? It may have taken longer but I walked out. They call you the night before to confirm only to be late. I showed up for my appointment and there was one dentist and one person in the chair so clearly they double booked or they don’t know long procedures take. I’m not kidding, EVERY time they are late, and not 5 minutes. More like 25-30 minutes or more they are running behind. One time I wanted over an hour for the “specialist”. I guess their time is more important than yours. When you show up and they are late (and they already know they are late) they won’t say anything like “sorry we are running late”…..they just say “have a seat”, then when you ask 15 minutes later they say “just a moment”. They actually just don’t care.
