I was disappointed with this dental clinic. I didn’t receive clear guidance on the different braces options and ended up choosing one that wasn’t right for me. There was also no advice on how to care for my braces during treatment or what to expect after. Now I can’t pick the best option without starting over from the beginning and spending more money. The projects costs me $5k. And I appreciate your response stating that you always give a clear advice. You gave me nothing and not even any price list or price quotation. Everything was done verbal. However, if you can’t accept negative review from unhappy patient then please remove google review sign from the reception desk.

I advise caution before choosing this dental practice. Don’t go by the positive reviews. Unfortunately, their commitment to providing thoroughly information and sound advice is lacking, and their primary focus on seems to be on making money. I had my teeth done here and was quite dissatisfied with the service. After months of frustration, I switched to Dental World. From the very beginning, their staff were exceptionally professional. I strongly recommend exploring a few other options before committing to this place.

Before arriving in Chiang Mai this Wednesday from a trip in Japan, ( I am from Seattle, USA) I realized I had left my retainer behind in a hotel there, only to discover they had been mistakenly discarded by the housekeeper. With just four days before my Chiang Mai trip, I tried to call local orthodontists in Osaka, Japan, and I was informed that it took at least one week to have it done. Wwwwhat? In USA, We do it the same day!! Do it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Thats how we do in USA. So I had to give up getting a new retainer in Japan. After I arrived in Chiang Mai four days after I lost my retainer. I urgently needed a solution. I stumbled upon Thamm Dental Clinic, located conveniently close to my hotel. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and communicated effectively in English. Despite initially informing me that the process would take 3-5 days, they went above and beyond to expedite it. Thanks to the intervention of Dr. Oh, they managed to complete the procedure in just one day, allowing me to pick up my retainer on Friday afternoon, much to my relief. What's more, they even contacted me the same evening to inform me that I could collect them the following day Thursday at 2:00 PM. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional service and dedication to resolving my dental emergency promptly and efficiently. Thamm Dental Clinic's professionalism and care truly exceeded my expectations

Such a great experience! I came to the clinic to do a general checkup and a deep cleaning. The receptionist was so friendly. The dentist was really good and informative. She also gave me explanation on my TMJ (due to my teeth grinding). She speaks very good English too. Highly recommend!
