I had a terrible experience today. The receptionist spoke in a welcoming tone and didn't inform me of anything beyond the service fee. The doctor didn't talk to me at all, even though I mentioned I wanted to consult about orthodontics. I initially wanted to get braces here, but today's experience has made it easier to decide I don't want to proceed. The service was awful.

It was great! I could really use my universal healthcare card here. It was completely free of charge. The doctor was very thorough and lovely to talk to. The doctor gave good advice, and the staff were also very nice. The clinic was clean and nice. I liked it very much.
