People come to HE Clinic for many, often sensitive reasons of their own. The reason why you come doesn't matter, what matters is that when you come here, you feel welcomed and listened to! The first time I came here the welcoming part instantly gave me a good feeling. I got a small introduction, then was seated in a nice waiting room with a drink, before visiting doctor Chai. When you feel comfortable it makes it easier to talk and with doctor Chai that was certainly the case. After discussing my case a couple solutions were offered with a clear price structure and how everything would come to work. No hidden fees or other nonsense, just clarity and to the point. Toby and his team, doctor Chai and the nurses, thank you all for making things easy. 🙏 For foreigners this is absolutely the place to go. The level of English is top notch and the people are kind and skilled! Best advice for coming here is either BTS (150m) or bike. Very clean and nice looking facility 👍

This is a men's clinic where my friend and I received NAD injections. The nurses and reception staff were very friendly and provided a lot of advice and information. We also learned that many men's health issues can be addressed in various ways.

Fantastic clinic, super professional and lovely staff, answered all my questions and provided excellent service. I went for Cool Sculpting Fat Freezing treatment for a stubborn area and am confident of the results in the given time frame.

Writing this review after quite a time. The clinic is exceptional, very professional staff and doctor. The clinic Director ,Toby is a wonderful person, excellent with is administrative and patient relation tasks. Made things very comfortable. He even gave discounts for some delay that took place. Appreciate the kind gesture. Consulted Dr Patty a couple of times, she was excellent with her clinical skills, gave a proper diagnosis and valuable advice , did not judge at all, and made things so comfortable to discuss the issues. Had taken one session of treatment, the treating nurse was kind and helpful. Will have another follow up to check on the status of my concerns, before going for the next level of treatment. They are genuinely here to help the patients and not just after monetary returns. Thank you

Nice place although my first time didn't happen well; I walked by 4.10 pm and surprisingly no medical staff was at the clinic (only the manager and the receptionist). How could the clinic stay opened until 5pm and letting the medical staff leave before ? Not professional at all. When I reached Toby (the clinic manager) on the phone for some information about NAD+, he recommended me to book an appointment instead and the next day, everything went well. However I still don't approve what happened the first day plus the treatment was a little bit expensive but ok.
