I traveled from California to Bangkok to undergo extensive dental implant treatment at Edelweiss Dental House, and my experience has been exceptional. This is a major treatment plan involving multiple extractions and six dental implants, so choosing the right clinic was extremely important to me. After months of research and careful consideration, I chose Edelweiss Dental House, and I am very pleased with that decision. The person I would most like to recognize is Nuansiri the customer service experience manager. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, caring. Traveling to another country for major dental treatment can be overwhelming especially coordinating all the treatment I needed in the timeframe we had. Nuansiri consistently went above and beyond to answer questions, provide assistance, somehow making room for me in her appointment calendar and make me feel comfortable and welcome. She is a tremendous asset to Edelweiss Dental House, and her customer service skills, kindness, patience and dedication made a lasting impression on me. I would also like to thank Dr. Paknisa for her expertise and professionalism. Undergoing major implant surgery is a significant event in anyone’s life, and Dr. Paknisa’s skill, confidence, and calm approach gave me great confidence throughout the process. In addition, Eclaire the clinic manager, deserves special recognition as well for her excellent organization and attention to detail in taking care of me pre and post surgery. Making sure I always understood all my recovery instructions and she checked in with me to make sure I was taking my meds, seeing how I was doing, seeing if there was anything I needed. Coordinating treatment is not always easy, especially with a foreigner but Eclaire and Nuansiri made everything run smoothly. Finally, I want to thank the entire Edelweiss staff. Every member of the team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely patient-focused. As someone who traveled thousands of miles from California and entrusted Edelweiss Dental House with the first phase of a major dental restoration, I can confidently say that the care I have received has exceeded my expectations. I still have additional treatment to complete when I return to Bangkok, but based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Edelweiss Dental House to anyone considering dental implants or advanced dental care. My husband and I had a teeth cleaning here last week. My husband had an additional fluoride treatment, plus an airflow treatment and I also had the airflow treatment. It was the best dental cleaning that either of us have ever had. My teeth have never looked as good and clean as they do now. The care of the doctors was incredible and they were very transparent about pricing. Very highly recommend!!!!!!!

As a doctor in South Korea, this clinic is the best dental care I’ve ever received. Extremely professional, thorough, and truly caring. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation. If anyone has any dental concerns or is looking for a trustworthy dentist, this is absolutely the place to go.

Edelweiss dental House. Vibhavadi Head office. Address 210 212 Vibhavadi Rangsit Rd, Din Daeng Bangkok My experience there, absolutely amazing, A very professional, caring and very polite Staff, ask for Dr Sa. A gem of a Dr, brilliant expertise, she is a formidable, a Eminence a very acknowledged person and who speaks perfectly English, she would explain to you with the most patience step by step the procedures to fallow before Implants, during Implants and after Implants, Dr Sa. Gives a lot of cares to her patients, you would trust Dr Sa. The moment she began to speak with you, I find Dr Sa. To be a very sincere person who is dedicated to provide you with the best treatment. Furthermore, her assistants are very caring and dedicated team, very attentive to details. I fully recommend this Dental practice here in Bangkok.

In short, I'm a bit disappointed at the cleaning service I received. Located just 8 min drive away via Grab Taxi from Chatuchuk market, I figured it'll be convenient to get my teeth cleaned and then head to the market afterwards. My first impression was that the interior was clean and it definitely smell like a dental office so it was a pleasant first impression. Front seating area was also very clean and new. The staff were friendly and they speak English so it was easy to communicate. The dentist room along with the equipment were top notched and very clean. Dentist and the assistant was very courteous and friendly. Where I was disappointed was the overall leaning service that was provided. I felt that it was insufficient in terms of work being done. I booked for 4 people and the appointment given was 2pm for 2 people and 3pm for the other 2 people. All 4 of us were done in one hour (20 mins per person, each person with separate rooms) which is extremely fast for North American standards. It felt really rushed and the cleaning itself didn't seem thorough. My cleaning, in Canada, usually takes an hour with about 15 mins on each quadrant. I don't expect that level of service but 20 mins for the whole mouth, consultation and prep?! I'm not a hygienist but that seems unreasonable in my opinion. How can you possibly clean that quickly even with an assistant and consult and prep in 20 mins? The price, however, was reasonable at 1500 baht ($45USD). And certainly it was cleaner than regular brushing. I'm not certain if this is standard practice. I've been to other dentist clinic in Bangkok and I've received the full hour for the whole experience. I prefer that the hygienist take her time to clean a little bit as I feel that it's more effective. Again, I'm not a hygienist and I don't know the procedure but I've been to many dental clinics around the world and this is by far the fastest. I would have given it 5 stars if they took their time in cleaning. Were they rushing to accommodate other clients (there were only another appointment for them at the time)? Were they just having an off day because I booked a Sunday for 4 people? I'm not entirely sure but it should be a thorough experience regardless. I'm hesitant to come here again but it is definitely one of the cleanest dental office so far. It's frustrating that I'm giving them 3 stars and you can tell because I don't normally write long reviews, but it had to be said because everything was on point but the actual service. Disappointing... hopefully, they'll read this review and rectify their service because I want them to do well.
