I’ve been dealing with rosacea for a while, and it was super annoying having redness and visible veins all the time. Dr. Pat was really friendly and explained everything so I felt comfortable. The treatment didn’t hurt—just a little warm—and my face was a bit red afterward but it went away fast. After about a week, the redness calmed down a lot, and my skin looked way better after a few weeks. The staff checked up on me too, which was nice. Definitely happy with how it turned out and would recommend Dr.PAT if you have rosacea.

Dr. Pat and his clinic are fantastic. I had spreading perioral dermatitis on my face, with one quickly scheduled appointment - Dr. Pat diagnosed this and provided a treatment plan that was manageable and healed the skin problem in less than 2 weeks. Additionally, I had my first full body skin cancer screening with Dr. Pat and won’t go anywhere else. I felt confident in his ability and respected as a patient. I received a follow up around 2 months later checking in on my skin issue and was happy to share that it had cleared completely! Will return again, thank you!

After 4 weeks of getting Botox at this clinic, my wrinkles look exactly the same—there was no difference at all. I even attached a photo at the 4-week mark showing the lack of results. When I raised my concern, the response I received was that I would need to pay for another appointment. I paid for Botox, and not even a single follow-up visit was included. In every other country where I’ve had Botox (this was my 4th time), the doctor always includes a follow-up appointment around 2–3 weeks later to check the results and adjust if necessary. That is standard practice. Here, Dr. Patt administered the Botox, and when I told him I still had wrinkles, his only answer was to “wait 3 months.” No adjustment, no concern, no follow-up—unless I paid more. Unfortunately, my impression is that Dr. Patt is only interested in money, not in the wellbeing or satisfaction of his patients. This is not how medical care should be.
