I’ve tried a few dental clinics in this area, and one thing I noticed is that many places tend to push extra treatments right away (like X-rays, deep cleaning packages, etc.), which can feel a bit overwhelming if you’re just going in for something simple. What I appreciated about Dental Wise Clinic is that they took a much more straightforward approach. I went in for teeth whitening, and instead of immediately upselling, they first checked my teeth and explained my options clearly. There was no pressure to do additional procedures, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. The staff were attentive and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. One small but important thing: they’re very responsive on LINE, which made booking and asking follow-up questions really easy. If you’re considering this clinic, I’d say it’s a good option if you want: • a no-pressure consultation • clear explanations before committing to anything • easy communication and quick responses That said, I still recommend checking a couple of clinics first, prices and approaches can vary a lot in this area. But based on my experience so far, this is one of the more honest and comfortable ones I’ve been to.

From Udon Thani on a friend's recomendation, I booked a Zoom session at DentalWise last week. The clinic is ultra modern, bright and clean with very welcoming staff. After a light cleaning I discussed with Dr. Pantip what would be the appropriate shade for me (not "Hollywood White") we agreed it should be shade 1M1 (from VITA 3D Master Guide). Session lasted around an hour, very relaxing. Dr. Pantip then explained the 48-72 hr. "White Diet" routine to preserve the results. After one week, I am very pleased with the natural looking results. If touchups are needed, I will return to DentalWise. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Pantip.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here a few days ago. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable with excellent technique. A interpreter was particularly helpful, she made me calm and relaxed. I was really glad that there were no after-effects at all. Thank you very much guys!!!

I went there for a retainer replacement, small treatment for 3k thb. Unfortunately it misaligned some of my teeth. The doctor did a bad job with the retainer replacement, so a big gap between my front teeth opened. The doctor offered to fix their mistake for free. I accepted and hoped it would work. But it just got worse. They tried quick fixes like bending the retainer and shaving off part of my front tooth, without asking... To bring my teeth back into position I'd need braces again. Nice gesture to offer the free fix but overall bad experience

I wish I had been more cautious before choosing this clinic for my Invisalign. It has been a deeply disappointing experience with an outcome that has left me very concerned for my dental health. My experience was completely unlike the positive reviews I'd seen. My treatment seemed to stall, and despite my inquiries, I was met with constant vague excuses. Ultimately, my case was left unfinished, and I felt completely abandoned without a solution. Please consider if you want to take that risk.
