They have a line account so I send a message there. The message gets read but 40 minutes later still no reply. So I call the line number - no one answers. So I call the main phone line and say ‘Hi, I sent a message on your line account but no one answered’ they reply ‘please hold’ then hang up!!!!! So I call back and ask if I can make an appointment. They ask what time? I ask what time do you have available? They say how about 2 O’Clock? I say ok I will be there at 2pm. So I arrive at 1:55pm, go through the registration process and they ask me to take a seat. So I take a seat in a completely empty waiting room. After about 10 minutes I ask how long it will be and get told another 30 minutes. So I ask them ‘if you can’t see me until 2:40, why did you ask me to come at 2:00? Why not just ask me to come at 2:40 or even 2:30? Oh sorry the doctor is seeing someone. I understand but you told me to be here at 2! Yes sorry the doctor is seeing someone. This went on for a few minutes then I left. Just the worst service. I wouldn’t have minded had then been busy but apparently 2 patients can cause nearly an hour delay. If I could rate zero I would.

Today was my first time using laser treatment for acne and dark spots. - No pressure to buy courses. - The doctor provided clear consultation 10/10. **The acne injection was very gentle.** - Staff service 10/10. - Clinic cleanliness 10/10. - There is an elevator and parking available. - The price is reasonable for the standard. The staff explained everything clearly before the service. - The pain level of laser treatment varies from person to person. **I recommend using numbing cream for those who are afraid of pain.** Looking forward to seeing the results after the acne treatment ❤️
