We had an excellent experience at this clinic. Yesterday we went to a different clinic that really felt like they were trying to profit from us, which made us lose trust in their advice. Because of that, we decided to come here instead — and we’re so glad we did. The staff at this clinic were genuinely helpful and caring, even on a Sunday. The doctor wasn’t on-site at the time, but they were immediately reachable by phone. We were able to speak with the doctor directly, and thanks to that call it became clear that we only needed one shot. They helped us right away and everything felt transparent, honest, and reassuring. We’re very grateful for the support we received. If you need a rabies vaccination, this is definitely a place we would recommend.

From first impression the place looks very clean and welcoming, the staff are amazing and also very welcoming. I came to get a vaccination and they made sure I was well looked after. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get a vaccine or any sort of treatment. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and lovely!

My friend and I got blood tests and our vaccinations for our travels through South East Asia here, the team was so helpful in recommending the right vaccines to get. The doctor was away but even took the time to give us a call and answer any questions we had. The nurses who did our procedures were attentive, gentle and very skilled. The injections were painless, the blood tests were done smoothly and easily, (no poking around for a vein!) and they were able to calm any nervousness we had. The place was very clean and the room was comfortable. The team made sure to keep an eye on us afterwards to ensure there were no reactions after the injections. To anyone coming to Chang Mai in need of medical care I would wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you so much everyone!

Unfortunately, my Botox experience was not the greatest. I asked for a very light Botox, or what they call now baby Botox, and they were very pushy to make me buy more units when I know what I need. I saw a comment saying they did it too low and someone’s eyebrows were falling too much; oh gosh I should have listened to that. I went there and specifically requested for them to not do it too low; they did. I never had my eyebrow falling so much over my eyes. Terrible result. I look ridiculous. On top of that, the « doctor » I saw was far form nice and seemed very haughty. Update : not taking any accountability, they contacted me to say my eyebrows were exactly in the same position before. (Meaning : you’re lying. Oh my) It’s a common side effect of Botox is not injected high enough, and depending on facial feature. With mine, you have to be careful to not put it too low. Update 21/02 : so about 10 days later, my eyebrows have been falling so much I’m getting a double crease and it’s ruining my face. I can’t even look something else than sleepy and weird. You ruined my face.

Excellent service at Chiang Mai Wellness Clinic. I went for my second Hepatitis B injection and the staff were really helpful and kind. I just walked in and was able to be seen the same day. Thanks to all at the clinic 😊
