I recently had teeth whitening and composite bonding done to close a gap in my lower teeth, and I’m really pleased with the results. Dr Ning was excellent throughout — professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. The rest of the team were also very welcoming, including the reception staff, who were lovely, funny, and really helped create a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d happily recommend the practice to anyone considering dental treatment.

I was greeted warmly, professionally and quickly. The Doctors and staff providing service were proficient in English and their practice. On the last appointment I asked if another procedure could be performed. The receptionists spoke with the Doctors and were able to do the additional procedure after only a minor wait. The entire team from booking appointments to billing made my experience quite comfortable. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Wonderful dentist, very professional! Got two people done in one week! Helped us according to our stay and accommodated us really well! Would definitely recommend to come! All procedures healed fast and had no pain at all! We love it here

Went here for a teeth cleaning. All went well, I was lucky that a previous appointment finished earlier and I was seen immediately. Steps: 1. Examination and quote. Their range is 900-2000 Baht, I was quoted 1000, which seems reasonable as I brush frequently 2. Remove plaque and tartar 3. Polishing Couple of small things that could be improved: No flossing at the end of the sessions. Step 2 finished really quick in comparison to my usual sessions in the UK (which cost 6,000 Baht), and it felt less intense. The reason could be my new toothbrush (great!) or the limit of their equiment. Nothing major that would void a 5 star rating, I would go here again.

I understand that this place has a great reputation and has done great work for many people, but my experience seemed sloppily disorganized in a way that would make me not feel comfortable to put my oral health in this team's hands. I will point out, I think this experience would have gone much more smoothly for customers that speak Thai, which I do not. I visited the Center before scheduling my appointment to request a 1) Niteguard to help bruxism, 2) a general cleaning, and 3) a whitening process. According to their advertisements, consultations are included by default. I made it a point to request confirmation I could pay with a card *before* services were rendered to be sure there would be no problems offering payment with an international bank. The next day when I came for my appointment, it was as if none of this prior conversation had occurred. They invited me into a room, offered no introduction to two guys inside (I'm assuming one or both were dentists), took a quick look at my teeth and offered me a verbal price for a cleaning, then when I agreed to the price, proceeded to cover my eyes and took out some sort of instruments to start working on my teeth. The things that did not happen, that should, were: 1) Introduction: Who we are 2) The consultation which was advertised in the promotional offer that I initially brought to their office 3) Request permission to cover my eyes (yes I understand this is a normal convention in Thai dentistry but I do not believe this should be done without receiving permission from the patient) 4) Communicate what we want to do to your body, and how 5) Move forward only after receiving your consent to do so It seems like everyone doing the work are well-qualified dentists, but in the end, I never got a clear answer about my oral health, I still have no idea if I do or do not have any cavities, the follow-up information about the Niteguard had never been communicated, and the worst part was that after my initial card payment was blocked (if you remember, I visited the day before and requested to pay before they took any action *specifically* to avoid this situation), staff requested that I give them my phone as collateral to ensure the debt was paid in full... this was a problem they had created, there's no need to try to involve my personal possessions in a mishandled billing process. In the end, I gave them a chance to try to fulfill a basic consultation process by asking them, specifically, to give me feedback on my oral health. And their dentist told me I need to change my brushing habits because I have signs of receding gums... I had already told the team I was requesting a Niteguard for bruxism, this is the pre-diagnosed cause of gum recession I had. Lack of clear communication all-around and I do think this can create an unsafe or just generally non-ideal environment for health. I will again point out, I do think some of these problems would be avoided for customers that can speak the native language with the team.
