In my perspective, they are my family not just nurses and doctors from BNH especially ward 5A. They work so hard to help us both in normal and serious situation. Today is my son’s birthday but we have to stay in the hospital. They organize a small and lovely event for him. They sing a birthday song and say happy birthday to my son. They make my kid happy and fulfill my son’s dream. Thank you very much to Dr. Aleena, Dr. Krittin and nurses from Ward 5A, your smiles have already printed in Deaw’s (my son) heart. 🥰❤️

DENTAL department only, specifically a review for dentist Ms. Charinrat: Throughout my life, I’ve been to many dental appointments. Never have I ever walked out of one. Yet within 5 minutes of seeing this doctor, I got up and left. What an awful experience 😤 Before we even started, I explained that one area of my teeth is extremely sensitive to cold air and wind. What did she do? She pointed the air tool directly at it with high pressure. Ouch! I asked her to please be more gentle, but she continued in a very rushed and impatient manner. I also mentioned that my gums are quite sensitive and asked her to be careful. Instead, she poked right into them and made them bleed. I asked once again if she could slow down and be gentler. She looked at me in disbelief, turned to the nurse, said something in Thai that I didn’t understand and then chuckled. ARE YOU SERIOUS? It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. At that point, I told her this wasn’t going to work out and left the room. I explained my experience to the dental front desk afterward. They waived the fee, as they should have, and I appreciated that response. Unfortunately, I will never return to this dental department.

I recently had a procedure done with the gastroenterology department at BNH Hospital, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. The procedure itself went smoothly and efficiently, and I was impressed with how organized and timely everything was. The team showed a high level of expertise and genuinely cared about my well-being. This is hands down one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in Thailand. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend BNH Hospital to anyone in need of their services.

Ward5a. This was our first experience staying in a hospital with our daughter, and we’re incredibly grateful that it turned out to be completely non-traumatizing for her. The staff was truly wonderful - warm, patient, and caring every step of the way. The rooms were very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made a stressful situation feel much calmer and safer. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us 🙏🏼

Ward 5A: Excellent pediatric ward with top-tier staff. The nurses are extremely professional, patient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to keep my child comfortable and smiling throughout the treatment. Truly grateful for their kindness.
