I had a very positive experience staying at Ward 14D, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent care and service provided by the entire medical team. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the staff truly cared about the patients, not only in terms of medical treatment but also emotional support. The doctors (Dr.Kitti Toochinda) were professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan clearly. They were patient when answering questions and made sure I fully understood everything, which helped me feel more confident and less anxious during my stay. The nurses in Ward 14D were exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and always available when needed. Whether it was administering medication, checking on my condition, or simply offering words of encouragement, they consistently showed genuine compassion and dedication. Their warm attitude made a big difference in my recovery and overall comfort. In addition, the ward was clean, well-organized, and peaceful, creating a comfortable environment for patients to rest and heal. The staff worked efficiently and professionally as a team, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the day. I had a great experience at the Skin and Aesthetics center at Bangkok Hospital. The place is clean, modern, and very well organized, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a very, very good experience at Bangkok Hospital Dental Department. The dentist was extremely professional, gentle, and highly skilled. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, modern, and very high-class. I'm about to have my aortic valve replacement I'm very scared but I'm confident everything is going to go fine. I've also worked with staff in Psychology and Ear Nose and Throat doctor. Very good hospital. Taking very good care of me I'm in a beautiful room right now and all the testing and everything has been great. I'm also vegan and the food has been incredible here very healthy and nourishing. On top of that there's nice quiet streets that they've got smaller buildings that you can walk to with lots of trees very quiet they've also got a mall and a food court where you can get everything from great restaurant food to 7-Eleven to English and Thailand book stores
