This is a review from a real user. I've been going to this clinic a long time ago. The female dentist for fillings and extractions was excellent; lovely, sweet, and very attentive. She spoke softly and sweetly, always asking questions. The only downside was the male dentist's abrupt tone. Some of the assistants were also polite. I don't know if it's because I went alone as a child, but lately I've been going alone. Some things can be fixed if they give advice nicely. Patients follow advice, not just let it slide. I don't know why they were being so sarcastic. Maybe it's just their personality, as I've heard them talk like that all the time, but this time it was really harsh, especially with a child. I paid for the service, so if I had a choice, I wouldn't go there. I also don't know if this is just this branch, but I've had treatment with Dr. Pepple before, and she was wonderful.
