With over 1,000 reviews and a perfect 5.0 rating, expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, my consultation experience did not reflect that level of quality. I asked for a very conservative, targeted Botox treatment with a clearly defined low number of units. Instead, I was told that only fixed per-vial packages are offered, with no possibility for individualized dosing. This approach may be convenient from a business perspective, but it does not align with a patient-centered medical consultation. Communication at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, and there was no real effort to clarify questions or involve a doctor properly. Combined with a price of 9,900 THB for Botox, which is extremely high even by European standards, the overall experience felt overpriced and impersonal. While the clinic looks modern, the consultation lacked professionalism, transparency, and individualized care.

This is the best laser hair removal that I’ve tried in my life! (And I tried in many clinics and multiple countries) I went to the branch in the Terminal 21 which is located on the 1st floor (Italy) and I’m very happy with the service and the results. Highly recommend ,especially for those who are afraid of the pain, because here they put a cooling gel and you won’t feel a thing!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. The staff are professional, friendly, and take time to explain everything clearly. Treatments were done carefully and results met my expectations. Highly recommended.

I called them and asked for a discounted price so I can try first because I didn’t try Alexdrite laser before. They told me first 4000 baht for chest and stomach and then they gave me discounted price 2000. I went the shop, driving 20 minutes. And they told me it’s 4000 baht. They can do only one area for 2000 baht. I left the shop without starting any discussion. Unbelievably unprofessional, I spent 1 hour for this nonsense.

I really like this place, there are a lot of brunch in Thailand. But my favorite brunch is in Pattaya. Would highly recommend people here. Staff are nice and friendly. Also, the result is really amazing. I’ve done a lot of laser but here is the best ☺️😊
